Talking Stage
Privacy & Data Usage
Please review with your own legal counsel before launch.
What we collect
- Account identifiers from Sign in with Apple.
- Email address and display name when your sign-in provider returns them.
- Onboarding answers and basic product activity used to improve the app.
- Subscription status managed through Apple and Superwall.
- The notes and structured memories you choose to save about the people you're getting to know.
Your notes and memories are used to power your own experience inside the app and to generate the advice you request. You stay in control and can delete your data at any time.
Why we use it
- Save and organize your profiles, notes, and memories so they're there when you return.
- Generate context-aware advice using the memories you've saved for a specific person.
- Send optional reminders for thoughtful, time-sensitive actions.
- Diagnose crashes and reliability issues.
- Manage subscription state through Apple and Superwall.
Third-party services
Talking Stage uses Sign in with Apple, Apple StoreKit for subscriptions, Superwall for paywall presentation, Supabase for secure backend storage and AI context, and standard crash and reliability diagnostics. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
- Choose exactly what you save about each person.
- Delete a single note or a full profile at any time.
- Reset AI memory so advice no longer references past context.
- Delete your account and associated server-side records from Settings.
- Turn off optional reminders.
Account & data deletion
You can delete individual notes, full profiles, AI memory, or your entire account from Settings in the app. If you cannot access the app, submit a request at talkingstageapp.com/delete-account or email hello@talkingstageapp.com. To remove specific data without deleting your account, use talkingstageapp.com/delete-data.
