Delete some of your data

Remove specific data

• Delete a single note from the note's detail screen.
• Delete a full profile, including its notes and memories, from the profile settings.
• Reset AI memory so advice no longer references past context.

Deleting data this way keeps your account active. To delete everything, see delete your account.
