By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Gizlilik Politikası. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Hizmet

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Talking Stage'yi kullanabilmek için en az 17 yaşında (veya ülkenizde gerekli olan minimum yaşta) olmanız gerekir.
• Yürürlükteki yasalara göre bağlayıcı bir sözleşme oluşturabilmeniz gerekir.
• Apple Kimliğinizi ve cihaz erişiminizi güvende tutmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Ücretli özellikler Apple Uygulama İçi Satın Alma yoluyla sunulur ve Apple tarafından yönetilir.
• Fiyatlar, fatura dönemleri ve ücretsiz denemeler siz onaylamadan önce App Store'de ve uygulama içi ödeme duvarında gösterilir.
• Abonelikler, cari dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce Apple Kimliği abonelik ayarlarınızda iptal etmediğiniz sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Geri ödemeler, Apple'ın geri ödeme politikaları kapsamında Apple tarafından gerçekleştirilir.

Kabul edilebilir kullanım

• Talking Stage'yi kimseyi taciz etmek, takip etmek, aldatmak veya zarar vermek için kullanmayın.
• Yasadışı, taciz edici veya hak ihlalinde bulunan içerik yüklemeyin.
• Hizmette tersine mühendislik yapmaya, kazımaya veya kesintiye uğratmaya çalışmayın.
• Uygulamayı, Apple'ın App Store kurallarını veya geçerli yasaları ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmayın.

Fikri mülkiyet

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Sorumluluk reddi beyanları

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Fesih

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at Speakingstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Değişiklikler

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
