Dohoda

By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Zásady ochrany osobných údajov. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Služba

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Ak chcete používať Talking Stage, musíte mať aspoň 17 rokov (alebo minimálny vek požadovaný vo vašej krajine).
• Musíte byť schopní uzavrieť záväznú zmluvu podľa platných zákonov.
• Zodpovedáte za zabezpečenie svojho Apple ID a prístupu k zariadeniu.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

Funkcie AI

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Platené funkcie sú ponúkané prostredníctvom Apple In-App Purchase a spravované spoločnosťou Apple.
• Ceny, fakturačné obdobia a bezplatné skúšobné verzie sa pred potvrdením zobrazia v App Store a platenej stene v aplikácii.
• Predplatné sa obnoví automaticky, pokiaľ ho nezrušíte v nastaveniach svojho Apple ID aspoň 24 hodín pred koncom aktuálneho obdobia.
• Vrátenie peňazí spravuje spoločnosť Apple podľa zásad spoločnosti Apple pre vrátenie platby.

Prijateľné použitie

• Nepoužívajte Talking Stage na obťažovanie, prenasledovanie, klamanie alebo ubližovanie niekomu.
• Nenahrávajte nezákonný, urážlivý obsah alebo obsah porušujúci autorské práva.
• Nepokúšajte sa spätne analyzovať, zoškrabať alebo prerušiť službu.
• Nepoužívajte aplikáciu žiadnym spôsobom, ktorý porušuje pravidlá App Store spoločnosti Apple alebo príslušné zákony.

Duševné vlastníctvo

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Vylúčenia zodpovednosti

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Obmedzenie zodpovednosti

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Ukončenie

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Zmeny

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
