By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Política de Privacidade. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

O serviço

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Você deve ter pelo menos 17 anos (ou a idade mínima exigida em seu país) para usar Talking Stage.
• Você deve ser capaz de firmar um contrato vinculativo de acordo com a lei aplicável.
• Você é responsável por manter seu ID Apple e o acesso ao dispositivo seguros.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

Recursos de IA

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Os recursos pagos são oferecidos por meio da Apple In-App Purchase e gerenciados pela Apple.
• Preços, períodos de cobrança e avaliações gratuitas são mostrados no App Store e no acesso pago no aplicativo antes de você confirmar.
• As assinaturas são renovadas automaticamente, a menos que você cancele nas configurações de assinatura do seu ID Apple pelo menos 24 horas antes do final do período atual.
• Os reembolsos são administrados pela Apple de acordo com as políticas de reembolso da Apple.

Uso aceitável

• Não use Talking Stage para assediar, perseguir, enganar ou prejudicar ninguém.
• Não carregue conteúdo ilegal, abusivo ou infrator.
• Não tente fazer engenharia reversa, raspar ou interromper o serviço.
• Não use o aplicativo de forma que viole as regras App Store da Apple ou a lei aplicável.

Propriedade intelectual

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Isenções de responsabilidade

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Limitação de responsabilidade

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Rescisão

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Mudanças

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
