Overeenkomst

By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacybeleid. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

De dienst

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• U moet minimaal 17 jaar oud zijn (of de minimumleeftijd die in uw land vereist is) om Talking Stage te gebruiken.
• U moet in staat zijn een bindend contract te sluiten onder de toepasselijke wetgeving.
• U bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig houden van uw Apple ID en de toegang tot uw apparaat.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

AI-functies

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Betaalde functies worden aangeboden via Apple In-App Purchase en worden beheerd door Apple.
• Prijzen, factureringsperioden en gratis proefperioden worden weergegeven in de App Store en in-app betaalmuur voordat u bevestigt.
• Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd, tenzij u uw Apple ID-abonnementsinstellingen ten minste 24 uur vóór het einde van de huidige periode opzegt.
• Terugbetalingen worden door Apple afgehandeld volgens het teruggavebeleid van Apple.

Acceptabel gebruik

• Gebruik de Talking Stage niet om iemand lastig te vallen, te stalken, te misleiden of schade toe te brengen.
• Upload geen illegale, beledigende of inbreukmakende inhoud.
• Probeer de service niet te reverse-engineeren, schrapen of verstoren.
• Gebruik de app niet op een manier die in strijd is met de App Store-regels van Apple of de toepasselijke wetgeving.

Intellectueel eigendom

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Beperking van aansprakelijkheid

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Beëindiging

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkingstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Veranderingen

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
