By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Dasar Privasi. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Perkhidmatan

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Anda mesti berumur sekurang-kurangnya 17 tahun (atau umur minimum yang diperlukan di negara anda) untuk menggunakan Talking Stage.
• Anda mesti boleh membentuk kontrak yang mengikat di bawah undang-undang yang terpakai.
• Anda bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan ID Apple dan akses peranti anda selamat.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Ciri berbayar ditawarkan melalui Pembelian Dalam Apl Apple dan diuruskan oleh Apple.
• Harga, tempoh pengebilan dan percubaan percuma ditunjukkan dalam dinding berbayar App Store dan dalam apl sebelum anda mengesahkan.
• Langganan diperbaharui secara automatik melainkan anda membatalkan dalam tetapan langganan Apple ID anda sekurang-kurangnya 24 jam sebelum tamat tempoh semasa.
• Bayaran balik dikendalikan oleh Apple di bawah dasar bayaran balik Apple.

Penggunaan yang boleh diterima

• Jangan gunakan Talking Stage untuk mengganggu, mengintai, memperdaya atau membahayakan sesiapa.
• Jangan muat naik kandungan yang menyalahi undang-undang, kesat atau melanggar.
• Jangan cuba membuat kejuruteraan terbalik, mengikis atau mengganggu perkhidmatan.
• Jangan gunakan apl dalam sebarang cara yang melanggar peraturan App Store Apple atau undang-undang yang terpakai.

Harta intelek

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Penafian

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Had liabiliti

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Penamatan

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkingstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Perubahan

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
