계약

By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our 개인 정보 보호 정책. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

서비스

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Talking Stage를 사용하려면 17세(또는 해당 국가에서 요구하는 최소 연령) 이상이어야 합니다.
• 귀하는 해당 법률에 따라 구속력 있는 계약을 체결할 수 있어야 합니다.
• 귀하는 귀하의 Apple ID와 장치 접근을 안전하게 유지할 책임이 있습니다.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

AI 기능

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• 유료 기능은 Apple In-App 구매를 통해 제공되며 Apple에서 관리합니다.
• 확인하기 전에 가격, 청구 기간 및 무료 평가판이 App Store 및 인앱 페이월에 표시됩니다.
• 현재 기간이 종료되기 최소 24시간 전에 Apple ID 구독 설정에서 취소하지 않으면 구독이 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
• 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따라 Apple에서 처리합니다.

허용되는 사용

• Talking Stage를 사용하여 다른 사람을 괴롭히거나 스토킹하거나 속이거나 해를 끼치지 마십시오.
• 불법적이거나 모욕적이거나 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드하지 마십시오.
• 서비스를 리버스 엔지니어링하거나 스크랩하거나 방해하려고 시도하지 마십시오.
• Apple의 App Store 규칙이나 해당 법률을 위반하는 방식으로 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.

지적재산권

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

면책조항

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

책임의 제한

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

종료

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

변경 사항

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
