By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our プライバシーポリシー. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

サービス

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Talking Stage を使用するには、17 歳以上 (またはお住まいの国で求められる最低年齢) である必要があります。
• 適用法に基づいて拘束力のある契約を締結できる必要があります。
• Apple ID とデバイスへのアクセスを安全に保つのはお客様の責任です。

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

AI機能

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• 有料機能は Apple In-App Purchase を通じて提供され、Apple によって管理されます。
• 価格、請求期間、無料トライアルは、確認する前に App Store およびアプリ内ペイウォールに表示されます。
• 現在の期間が終了する少なくとも 24 時間前に Apple ID サブスクリプション設定でキャンセルしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます。
• 払い戻しは、Apple の払い戻しポリシーに基づいて Apple によって処理されます。

許容される使用方法

• Talking Stage を使用して、誰かに嫌がらせ、ストーキング、欺瞞、危害を加えないでください。
• 違法、虐待的、または侵害的なコンテンツをアップロードしないでください。
• サービスをリバース エンジニアリング、スクレイピング、または中断しようとしないでください。
• Apple の App Store ルールまたは適用法に違反する方法でアプリを使用しないでください。

知的財産

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

免責事項

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

責任の制限

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

終了

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

変更点

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
