By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Informativa sulla privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Il servizio

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Devi avere almeno 17 anni (o l'età minima richiesta nel tuo Paese) per utilizzare Talking Stage.
• È necessario essere in grado di stipulare un contratto vincolante ai sensi della legge applicabile.
• Sei responsabile della sicurezza del tuo ID Apple e dell'accesso al dispositivo.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Le funzionalità a pagamento sono offerte tramite Apple In-App Purchase e gestite da Apple.
• Prezzi, periodi di fatturazione e prove gratuite vengono visualizzati nel App Store e nel paywall in-app prima della conferma.
• Gli abbonamenti si rinnovano automaticamente a meno che non li annulli nelle impostazioni dell'abbonamento dell'ID Apple almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo corrente.
• I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple in base alle politiche di rimborso di Apple.

Uso accettabile

• Non utilizzare Talking Stage per molestare, perseguitare, ingannare o danneggiare nessuno.
• Non caricare contenuti illegali, offensivi o illeciti.
• Non tentare di decodificare, eseguire lo scraping o interrompere il servizio.
• Non utilizzare l'app in alcun modo che violi le regole App Store di Apple o la legge applicabile.

Proprietà intellettuale

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Limitazione di responsabilità

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Terminazione

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Cambiamenti

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
