By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Adatvédelmi szabályzat. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

A szolgáltatás

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• A Talking Stage használatához legalább 17 évesnek kell lennie (vagy az országában előírt alsó korhatárnak).
• Képesnek kell lennie kötelező érvényű szerződés megkötésére az alkalmazandó jog szerint.
• Ön felelős Apple ID azonosítója és eszköze hozzáférésének biztonságáért.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

AI funkciók

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• A fizetős funkciók az Apple In-App Purchase szolgáltatáson keresztül érhetők el, és az Apple kezeli.
• Az árak, a számlázási időszakok és az ingyenes próbaverziók a megerősítés előtt megjelennek a App Store és az alkalmazáson belüli fizetőfalon.

• Ne használja a Talking Stage-t senkinek zaklatására, üldözésére, megtévesztésére vagy ártására.
• Ne tölts fel illegális, sértő vagy jogsértő tartalmat.
• Ne kísérelje meg visszafejteni, kaparni vagy megszakítani a szolgáltatást.
• Ne használja az alkalmazást olyan módon, amely sérti az Apple App Store szabályait vagy a vonatkozó jogszabályokat.

Szellemi tulajdon

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Felelősségi nyilatkozatok

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

A felelősség korlátozása

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Felmondás

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Változások

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
