By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Politique de confidentialité. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Le service

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Vous devez avoir au moins 17 ans (ou l'âge minimum requis dans votre pays) pour utiliser Talking Stage.
• Vous devez être en mesure de conclure un contrat contraignant en vertu de la loi applicable.
• Vous êtes responsable de la sécurité de votre identifiant Apple et de l’accès à votre appareil.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Les fonctionnalités payantes sont proposées via Apple In-App Purchase et gérées par Apple.
• Les prix, les périodes de facturation et les essais gratuits sont affichés dans l'App Store et dans le paywall intégré à l'application avant votre confirmation.
• Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement, sauf si vous annulez dans les paramètres d'abonnement de votre identifiant Apple au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période en cours.
• Les remboursements sont traités par Apple conformément aux politiques de remboursement d'Apple.

Utilisation acceptable

• N’utilisez pas Talking Stage pour harceler, traquer, tromper ou nuire à qui que ce soit.
• Ne téléchargez pas de contenu illégal, abusif ou contrefait.
• N'essayez pas de faire de l'ingénierie inverse, de supprimer ou de perturber le service.
• N'utilisez pas l'application d'une manière qui viole les règles de l'App Store d'Apple ou la loi applicable.

Propriété intellectuelle

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Avis de non-responsabilité

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Limitation de responsabilité

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Résiliation

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changements

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
