By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Tietosuojakäytäntö. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Palvelu

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Sinun on oltava vähintään 17-vuotias (tai maassasi vaadittava vähimmäisikä) käyttääksesi Talking Stagea.
• Sinun on kyettävä muodostamaan sitova sopimus sovellettavan lain mukaan.
• Olet vastuussa Apple ID:si ja laitteesi pääsyn suojaamisesta.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

AI ominaisuudet

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Maksullisia ominaisuuksia tarjotaan Apple In-App Purchasen kautta, ja Apple hallinnoi niitä.
• Hinnat, laskutuskaudet ja ilmaiset kokeilut näkyvät App Storessa ja sovelluksen sisäisessä maksumuurin kautta ennen kuin vahvistat.
• Tilaukset uusiutuvat automaattisesti, ellet peruuta Apple ID -tilausasetuksissa vähintään 24 tuntia ennen nykyisen jakson päättymistä.
• Apple käsittelee hyvitykset Applen hyvityskäytäntöjen mukaisesti.

Hyväksyttävä käyttö

• Älä käytä Talking Stagea kenenkään häiritsemiseen, vainoamiseen, pettämiseen tai vahingoittamiseen.
• Älä lataa laitonta, loukkaavaa tai loukkaavaa sisältöä.
• Älä yritä peruuttaa, raapia tai häiritä palvelua.
• Älä käytä sovellusta millään tavalla, joka rikkoo Applen App Storen sääntöjä tai sovellettavaa lakia.

Henkinen omaisuus

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Vastuuvapauslausekkeet

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Vastuun rajoitus

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Irtisanominen

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Muutokset

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
