By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Política de privacidad. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Debes tener al menos 17 años (o la edad mínima requerida en tu país) para utilizar Talking Stage.
• Debe poder celebrar un contrato vinculante según la ley aplicable.
• Usted es responsable de mantener seguro su ID de Apple y el acceso a su dispositivo.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

Funciones de IA

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Las funciones pagas se ofrecen a través de Apple In-App Purchase y son administradas por Apple.
• Los precios, los períodos de facturación y las pruebas gratuitas se muestran en la App Store y en el muro de pago de la aplicación antes de que usted confirme.
• Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que las cancele en la configuración de suscripción de su ID de Apple al menos 24 horas antes del final del período actual.
• Apple gestiona los reembolsos según las políticas de reembolso de Apple.

Uso aceptable

• No utilice Talking Stage para acosar, acechar, engañar o dañar a nadie.
• No cargue contenido ilegal, abusivo o infractor.
• No intente realizar ingeniería inversa, eliminar o interrumpir el servicio.
• No utilice la aplicación de ninguna manera que viole las reglas de la App Store de Apple o la ley aplicable.

Propiedad intelectual

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Descargos de responsabilidad

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Limitación de responsabilidad

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Terminación

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at hablandostageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Cambios

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
