By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Datenschutzrichtlinie. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Der Dienst

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Um Talking Stage nutzen zu können, müssen Sie mindestens 17 Jahre alt sein (bzw. das in Ihrem Land vorgeschriebene Mindestalter).
• Sie müssen in der Lage sein, nach geltendem Recht einen verbindlichen Vertrag abzuschließen.
• Sie sind für die Sicherheit Ihrer Apple-ID und Ihres Gerätezugriffs verantwortlich.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

KI-Funktionen

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Bezahlte Funktionen werden über Apple In-App Purchase angeboten und von Apple verwaltet.
• Preise, Abrechnungszeiträume und kostenlose Testversionen werden vor Ihrer Bestätigung im App Store und in der In-App-Paywall angezeigt.
• Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern Sie sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums in Ihren Apple-ID-Abonnementeinstellungen kündigen.
• Rückerstattungen werden von Apple gemäß den Rückerstattungsrichtlinien von Apple abgewickelt.

Akzeptable Verwendung

• Nutzen Sie Talking Stage nicht, um jemanden zu belästigen, zu stalken, zu täuschen oder ihm Schaden zuzufügen.
• Laden Sie keine illegalen, missbräuchlichen oder rechtsverletzenden Inhalte hoch.
• Versuchen Sie nicht, den Dienst zurückzuentwickeln, zu kratzen oder zu unterbrechen.
• Verwenden Sie die App nicht in einer Weise, die gegen die App Store-Regeln von Apple oder geltendes Recht verstößt.

Geistiges Eigentum

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Haftungsausschluss

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Haftungsbeschränkung

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Kündigung

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Änderungen

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
