By downloading, accessing, or using Talking Stage (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Política de privadesa. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

El servei

Talking Stage is a personal AI dating coach. It helps you build dating skills through short lessons and a visual path, practice conversations with AI, save notes about people you are getting to know, and request context-aware next moves, gifts, and date ideas. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Eligibility & accounts

• Heu de tenir almenys 17 anys (o l'edat mínima requerida al vostre país) per utilitzar Talking Stage.
• Heu de poder formar un contracte vinculant d'acord amb la legislació aplicable.
• Sou responsable de mantenir segurs el vostre ID d'Apple i l'accés al dispositiu.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, profiles, and other content you create in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the App for you, including generating advice you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you save. Do not store information you do not have the right to keep.

Advice and other AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice, and they may be incomplete or incorrect. You decide how to use any suggestion. Talking Stage is not responsible for outcomes of conversations, dates, or relationships.

Subscriptions & billing

• Les funcions de pagament s'ofereixen mitjançant Apple In-App Purchase i les gestiona Apple.
• Els preus, els períodes de facturació i les proves gratuïtes es mostren a l'App Store i al mur de pagament de l'aplicació abans de confirmar-los.
• Les subscripcions es renoven automàticament tret que cancel·leu a la configuració de subscripció de l'ID d'Apple almenys 24 hores abans del final del període actual.
• Apple gestiona els reemborsaments segons les polítiques de reemborsament d'Apple.

Ús acceptable

• No utilitzeu Talking Stage per assetjar, perseguir, enganyar o fer mal a ningú.
• No carregueu contingut il·legal, abusiu o infractor.
• No intenteu fer enginyeria inversa, raspar o interrompre el servei.
• No utilitzeu l'aplicació de cap manera que infringeixi les normes d'App Store d'Apple o la legislació aplicable.

Propietat intel·lectual

Talking Stage, including its name, branding, design, software, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to copy, modify, or redistribute our intellectual property except as needed to use the App as intended.

Exempcions de responsabilitat

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that saved content will never be lost.

Limitació de responsabilitat

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talking Stage and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Terminació

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings, or request deletion at talkingstageapp.com/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Canvis

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and delete your account.
